A 57-story condo tower at 1825 NE 4th Avenue, on the southern edge of Edgewater next to the Arts & Entertainment District. Its 608 homes are sold fully furnished, from studios to three bedrooms, and owners are allowed short-term rentals.
Peru's Grupo T&C broke ground in April 2025. A 30-hour pour of more than 7,000 cubic yards finished the foundation in July 2026, and the tower is now rising, with Thornton Construction as general contractor. The FAA cleared it to 637 feet, and delivery is targeted for late 2028.
