A residential tower on the beachfront Avenida Atlântica at the corner of Rua 1910, in central Balneário Camboriú, the Santa Catarina resort city that has the densest cluster of very tall apartment towers in Brazil. It has one apartment per floor, with four to seven suites and private areas of about 343 to 795 square meters, and roughly 1,800 square meters of shared leisure space over two floors.
It is one of several towers by FG Empreendimentos, the local developer behind One Tower, the tallest building in Brazil. Work started in 2023, and by August 2025 every unit had been sold. The Skyscraper Center lists 240 meters and 54 floors and expects completion in 2027; sales material quotes 238 meters and 57 floors. The architect has not been confirmed for this page.
