The second of the twin Ápice towers on Rua 3250 in central Balneário Camboriú, built to the same design as Ápice Tower 1. The apartments have four rooms and private areas of about 194 to 389 square meters.
RV Empreendimentos is developing and building both towers to a design by LDD Arquitetura. Work started in 2021, and the delivery date in sales listings is April 2028. The Skyscraper Center lists 184.2 meters and 55 floors.
