A residential tower on Avenida José Vasconcelos in Santa Engracia, San Pedro Garza García, the wealthy municipality next to Monterrey. It is the second tower of Saqqara Residences, a two-tower complex designed by Foster + Partners, and has 125 apartments.
The first tower was finished in 2016. Work on the second started in 2020, and the Skyscraper Center lists it as completed in 2025 at 150 meters and 38 floors, with LEED certification. It now appears in Monterrey's completed list. The developer has not been confirmed for this page.
