A 49-floor residential tower at Bankside Yards on the South Bank, next to Blackfriars Bridge, described by its developer as the tallest residential building in prime central London. The Skyscraper Center lists it at about 163 meters.
Native Land developed it to a design by PLP Architecture, with WSP as structural engineer. Work started in 2019, and the tower was completed in 2026.
