A mixed-use tower in the south of La Paz and the tallest building in Bolivia, with 17 floors of apartments, 17 floors of offices, shops and restaurants on the lower floors and a viewing platform on top. La Paz is the seat of Bolivia's government, while Sucre is the constitutional capital; Sucre has no high-rise buildings, so La Paz holds the country's capital skyline.

Businessman Samuel Doria Medina planned the project and the Bolivian architect Gustavo Dellien designed it. Construction began in 2018 and took about 1,700 days, with retaining walls and foundations built from the top down to cut accident risk, and the tower opened in late 2022 with LEED Gold certification. The Skyscraper Center lists 163.4 meters; other sources give about 178 to 182 meters.
