A residential tower on Avenida 6 de Agosto in the San Jorge district of La Paz, Bolivia's seat of government (Sucre is the constitutional capital). Most of the building holds apartments, with offices, a hotel and a shopping center on the lower floors, and it has 180 parking spaces on four underground levels reached by a spiral ramp.

Construction began in August 2010 and the tower was finished on June 17, 2013. It was then the tallest building in Bolivia, taking the title from La Casona in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, until Torres del Poeta and the Green Tower passed it in 2021 and 2022. The Skyscraper Center lists 138 meters and 38 floors; other sources give 155 meters and 40 floors. The developer and architect have not been confirmed for this page.
