A 38-floor residential tower of about 129 meters at Ferry Island in Tottenham Hale, north London, part of the Heart of Hale development next to the station. It is the tallest building in Tottenham.
Argent Related developed it to a design by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, with JRL Group as main contractor. Work started in 2023, and the tower was completed in 2026.
