A 268-meter tower of offices and homes at Constitución 999 in Colonia Mirador, Monterrey, designed by Sordo Madaleno. It is one of a wave of new high-rises in the city alongside Torre Rise.
Work began in 2022. In May 2026 the owner of Proyectos 9, José Lobatón, was arrested over alleged presale fraud involving several of its Monterrey projects, and buyers say many of its works are unfinished or delayed, so SOHL's completion date is uncertain.
