The first of three planned residential towers at 289 Washington Street in downtown Newark, about 172 meters tall. INOA Architecture designed the glass towers with angled crowns, and Hudson Meridian is the contractor.
Acier Holdings broke ground in 2022, and the tower topped out in 2024 as one of the tallest buildings in Newark. Work stopped in June 2024 over a financial dispute and restarted in March 2025, but new disagreements between developers and lenders arose in February 2026.
