A planned beachfront residential tower on Avenida Atlântica in Barra Sul, at the south end of Balneário Camboriú. It is planned with 31 apartments, one per floor, four leisure floors and a hanging garden on the facade.
FG Empreendimentos is the developer. The Skyscraper Center lists it as under construction since 2024 with completion in 2028, but some sales sites in 2026 still described it as a future launch, so its stage is TBC. The Skyscraper Center lists 172 meters and 47 floors; sales material quotes 50 floors. The architect has not been confirmed for this page.
