Two 62-story oceanfront condo towers at 18801 Collins Avenue. The FAA approved heights of 739 feet for the South Tower and 744 feet for the North Tower, which would make them the tallest buildings in Sunny Isles Beach. Together they will hold about 320 residence-only homes with St. Regis butler service, priced from about $5 million.
The South Tower broke ground in August 2023 and finished its foundation pour in July 2026, so it is now ready to rise. The North Tower is due to break ground in late 2026, with completion planned for late 2028.
