The second phase of Hudson Yards, built on a deck over the rail yard west of Eleventh Avenue. The plan has four mixed-use towers with about 4,000 apartments, a quarter of them permanently affordable, a public school and a 6.6-acre park. The tallest residential tower was shown at 80 stories and about 1,172 feet.
Related dropped its casino plan with Wynn Resorts in May 2025, and the City Council approved the rezoning in June 2025. The tower heights in the final plan have not been confirmed.
