The first tower of the Atrio development in Bogotá's Centro Internacional, at the corner of Avenida Caracas and Calle 26 (Avenida Eldorado). Its glass facade is crossed by orange steel bracing, and the tower holds offices with shops at street level. It has been open since 2019 and is the second tallest building in Colombia after BD Bacatá.
Richard Rogers' firm Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners designed Atrio with the Colombian studio El Equipo Mazzanti. The Chaid Neme family bought the land in 2007 and later added the old Gonzalo Jiménez de Quesada convention center site next door. Foundation work began in January 2015, and in July 2016 the 2,400 square meter foundation slab was poured in 38 hours without stopping, the largest continuous concrete pour in Colombia at the time. The Skyscraper Center lists 201.6 meters and 43 floors.
