A 60-floor residential tower of about 183 meters at Trinity Islands, beside the River Irwell on the edge of Manchester city centre. It is among the tallest buildings in the UK outside London.
Renaker developed and built it to a design by SimpsonHaugh, with WSP as engineer. Work started in 2022, and the tower was completed in 2026.
