A 42-floor tower of about 137 meters on Bootle Street in central Manchester. It will hold offices and a W Hotel, and is part of the St Michael's scheme backed by former footballer Gary Neville.
Skidmore, Owings & Merrill designed it, with Hodder + Partners as architect of record. Relentless Group is developing it with KKR and Betfred. Work started in 2023, and completion is expected in 2027.
