An office tower in the El Golf business district of Santiago, the area locals call Sanhattan, on the site of the former Portada de Vitacura shopping mall. It was Chile's tallest building when it opened in 2010 and is still the second tallest. About seventy percent of its ground level was left open to pedestrians, and the building has 20 high-speed elevators and two helipads on the roof.

Abraham Senerman and Andrés Weil designed it. Construction started in January 2007 at a cost of about US$120 million and the tower was inaugurated on May 3, 2010. Because Santiago is prone to earthquakes it stands on 65 concrete and steel piles reaching 50 meters down, and it came through the magnitude 8.8 earthquake of February 2010 without structural damage. It was the first LEED-certified project in South America. The Skyscraper Center lists 195 meters; other sources give 205 meters at the roof. The developer has not been confirmed for this page.
