The tallest building in South America, at 300 meters, and the centerpiece of the Costanera Center complex in Providencia, next to the Mapocho River. The complex, built by the retail group Cencosud, also holds one of the largest shopping malls in Latin America, two hotels and two more office towers. The top floors hold Sky Costanera, an observation deck that opened in August 2015.

César Pelli of Pelli Clarke Pelli designed the tower with the Chilean firm Alemparte Barreda & Asociados and the Canadian company Watt International; René Lagos y Asociados did the structural engineering and Salfa Corp built it. Work began in June 2006, stopped in January 2009 during the global financial crisis and resumed in December 2009. The tower passed the Parque Central towers in Caracas as South America's tallest in 2011, reached its full height in February 2012 and was completed in 2014.
