The planned second and taller tower of the Atrio development in Bogotá's Centro Internacional. At 268 meters it would become the tallest building in Colombia, with offices, a luxury hotel and shops, and a 360-degree public viewing terrace about 230 meters up. Between the two towers the project is building a large public plaza and the Atrio Cultural Center on the site of the old convention center.

In June 2026 El Tiempo reported that the South Tower was still on paper: its designs were approved and its permits ready, with excavation expected to start in the following months, while work on site was focused on the cultural center, due in 2027. Published floor counts vary between 59 and 67; the latest design figures give 62 floors. No completion date has been confirmed.
