The centerpiece of Wrocław Towers, a planned cluster of seven towers on the 2.5-hectare site of the old Pafawag railcar works on Fabryczna Street. At about 272 meters to the roof it would be the tallest building in Poland by roof height, above both Wrocław's Sky Tower and Warsaw's Varso Tower, whose 310 meters include a spire.
It would mix offices, a hotel, short-stay apartments, restaurants and conference space. The first phase is three 15-story student halls with about 790 rooms. Cost, floor count and builder have not been announced, so for now it is an early vision. Next door, OZ-BUD holds a permit for its own 214-meter, 53-story office tower.
