A 52-story condo tower on Southwest 15th Road in Brickell, facing the Simpson Park nature preserve and Biscayne Bay. It will have just 106 homes, including seven penthouses, with no more than three per floor and a private elevator foyer for each. Prices start at $3 million.
Ytech unveiled the design in November 2026. The site was approved by Miami's design review board in 2025 under the name Seven Broadway, and Ytech has a $19.5 million predevelopment loan. Ytech chose far fewer homes than the zoning allows. Cervera Real Estate is handling sales, and completion is targeted for late 2029. Ytech is also building 1428 Brickell a few blocks away.
