The shorter of the two office towers at 2 Finsbury Avenue on British Land's Broadgate campus in the City of London, about 101 meters and 22 floors tall. It is built together with the 156-meter East Tower.
Sir Robert McAlpine started construction in 2023 for British Land and GIC. The development was topped out in January 2026, and completion is planned for 2027.
