A 42-story rental tower on Biscayne Boulevard at the edge of Edgewater and the Arts & Entertainment District. It will have 544 apartments, about 50,000 square feet of amenities including a rooftop pool, about 10,000 square feet of shops and a 620-space garage behind a sculptural screen.
It is LCOR's first ground-up project in South Florida. The company bought the 1.08-acre site for $49 million in 2022, secured about $193 million in construction financing in July 2026 and broke ground that month. Coastal Construction is the builder.
