A 43-story tower where uptown meets South End, with about 400,000 square feet of offices on the upper floors and 304 apartments below. It is one of the only high-rise office towers under construction in Charlotte.
Moore & Van Allen will take the top nine floors, with EY and Pacific Life also signed, leaving the tower about 90% pre-leased. Apollo provided a $245 million construction loan in January 2026, and opening is planned for 2028.
