Two condo towers of 24 and 25 stories on the slopes of Black Mountain in MacDonald Highlands, Henderson, with 171 homes looking across the valley to the Strip. They sit about 600 feet above the valley floor and are the first residential high-rises in Henderson.
Suffolk is the builder. Both towers topped out in summer 2026 and the glass is now going on. By October 2026, 148 of the 171 homes had sold for a total of $950 million, and completion is due in late 2027.
