A planned office tower of about 100 meters and more than 20 floors in Merlin Properties' Adequa business park in north Madrid, with about 25,000 square meters of offices and 850 parking spaces.
Merlin Properties put the investment at about EUR 80 million and said construction would start in early 2026 and take until 2029. We have not seen confirmation that main works are under way.
