The office tower of Oria Innovation Campus, Metrovacesa's mixed-use campus around the old Clesa dairy factory on Avenida del Cardenal Herrera Oria in north Madrid. It is planned at about 118 meters and 26 to 28 floors.
Ortiz León Arquitectos designed it. Metrovacesa is building it for Atrea Real Estate under a EUR 200 million turnkey deal, and has started work on the tower. Completion is expected in 2029.
