A full rebuild of Frankfurt's Park Tower, an older office high-rise on the Bockenheimer Anlage, which will reopen at about 116 meters and 31 floors with KPMG as tenant.
DWS owns the building and is redeveloping it with Adolf Lupp, with Werner Sobek as structural engineer. Work started in 2026, and completion is expected in 2028.
