A 34-floor tower of about 120 meters in the eastern part of Bankside Yards, Native Land's development on the South Bank by Blackfriars Bridge. Mandarin Oriental has agreed to run a hotel and branded residences in this part of the scheme.
PLP Architecture designed the Bankside Yards towers, including Opus next door. London listings show this tower under construction, while the Skyscraper Center still lists it as approved with completion in 2028, so dates may change.
