A 63-storey mixed-use tower at 8 Shenton Way, on the site of the former AXA Tower, with offices, a hotel, homes, retail and an observation level. At 305 m it will be Singapore's first supertall and its tallest building.
Singapore's planning authority approved the design in July 2022, AXA Tower was taken down, and construction started in 2023 on top of the old tower's reused foundations. A S$3 billion green loan funds it, and completion is planned for 2028.
