A mixed-use supertall planned for 100 South Biscayne Boulevard, on the waterfront edge of downtown, replacing an older office building on the site.
Demolition of the old building was nearly finished in March 2026 and the tower won approval around June 2026. At about 1,049 feet it would match the Waldorf Astoria as one of Miami's tallest.
