A new patient tower on West Grand Boulevard, the centerpiece of Henry Ford Health's $2.2 billion Destination: Grand expansion of its 111-year-old Detroit hospital campus. It will hold 432 private rooms, 28 operating suites and a large emergency department.
HDR is the designer and architect of record, with DLR Group and Hamilton Anderson Associates. Turner, Barton Malow and Dixon are building it. The steel frame topped out at 20 floors in May 2026.
