A 25-floor, 600-room hotel at Water Square, on the site of the former Joe Louis Arena, linked to the Huntington Place convention center by a pedestrian bridge. The Sterling Group is developing the $396.5 million project.
The building could be finished in December 2026, with the first guests expected in early 2027, ahead of the NCAA Men's Final Four in April.
