The second office tower of Nuevo Kennedy, at Avenida Manquehue Norte 966 in Las Condes, beside Avenida Kennedy in the business area of east Santiago. Its twin, Nuevo Kennedy 1, was finished in 2019.
The developer is Bersa, the architect Squella - A4 Arquitectos and the structural engineer René Lagos Engineers. The Skyscraper Center lists 110 meters and 39 floors and still shows it as under construction with a 2021 target, so its current status is TBC.
