A condo-hotel supertall planned for 888 Brickell Avenue, and the first residential tower in the U.S. to carry the Dolce & Gabbana name. At about 1,049 feet it would be among the tallest buildings in Miami.

JDS bought the site, a seven-story office building, in April 2024 for about $61 million. Construction has not started and financing had not been reported closed as of July 2026, and The Real Deal reported in October 2026 that JDS was looking for a minority investor. Reports differ on the floor count (81 in county filings, 90 in marketing) and on the finish date, which runs from 2027 to 2029.
