The taller of the twin Upton Residences condo towers at 18th and Welton streets in downtown Denver, about 122 meters tall. Vancouver developer Amacon calls it the city's largest condo project since 2009, and Davis Partnership Architects designed it.
Completion was pushed back a year, and Amacon sued its concrete subcontractor over the removal of structural supports, before saying the towers are safe. By April 2026 the crane had come down and the towers were nearing delivery.
