A 40-floor condominium tower at Ala Moana Boulevard and Ward Avenue, about 122 meters tall, with 486 homes. It is the 11th residential tower in Ward Village, Howard Hughes' master-planned neighborhood between downtown Honolulu and Waikiki, and Arquitectonica's first residential project in Hawaii.
Ground was broken in October 2025, with Swinerton as contractor. Completion is expected in 2028.
