A 24-floor residential tower of about 86 meters on Via Stresa near Piazza Carbonari in Milan, with a pool, gym and shared terraces. It was marketed as the first building in Italy with Alexa built in.
Beretta Associati designed it, and Impresa Rusconi built it. Work began in 2019 and the tower topped out in May 2021. It has since been finished and its owners have moved in, though it became the focus of a Milan prosecutors' inquiry into planning permits; a court later found no crime by the builders and architects.
