A 92-meter, 24-floor mixed-use tower on the Foreshore in Cape Town, at Martin Hammerschlag Way and Christiaan Barnard Street, at the gateway to the city centre. It has offices, a showroom and parking levels, with furnished apartments on the top floors and a rooftop event space.
FWJK started building it in 2015 for the Ducatus Group as KPMG Place, with KPMG as anchor tenant, and NMC Construction as main contractor. It was renamed The Halyard in 2018, after the rope used to raise a sail, and was completed in 2019.
