An office tower in Ikoyi, Lagos, on the corner of Alfred Rewane (Kingsway) Road and Olawole Dawodu Street, next to the British American Tobacco headquarters. It is the head office of Famfa Oil, the oil company co-founded by Folorunsho Alakija, whose Dayspring Property Development Company built it. Several floors are kept for Famfa Oil and the rest is let to tenants, with a helipad and 266 parking spaces.
Piling began in late 2016 and Julius Berger built the tower, with ACCL Architects as designer and IAA Associates as structural engineer. It was completed in 2022 at a reported cost of more than N60 billion. The Skyscraper Center lists 103 meters and 20 floors above ground.
