The taller of two curved towers planned for the southern tip of Brickell Key, about 259 meters tall with 66 floors of homes. Kohn Pedersen Fox designed both towers, and the smaller one will hold a new Mandarin Oriental hotel and more residences.

Swire Properties closed the old Mandarin Oriental hotel in May 2025 and imploded it on April 12, 2026. Groundbreaking is planned for late 2026, with completion targeted for 2030.
