A 260-meter office and retail tower replacing the Odakyu department store at the west exit of Shinjuku Station, the world's busiest station. It will be the tallest building in Nishi-Shinjuku, Tokyo's first skyscraper district.
The old department store closed in 2022 to make way for the project, and the tower is due around 2029.
