The tallest of three towers in the Mandarin Oriental Etiler development in Istanbul's Etiler district, about 170 meters and 40 floors, with a Mandarin Oriental hotel and serviced residences.
Astaş Holding is developing the project, with Yapı & Yapı as main contractor. The Skyscraper Center lists UNS as architect; Wikipedia credits RMJM. Work started in 2022, the tower topped out in 2026, and completion is expected in 2026 or 2027.
