A planned 24-floor apartment tower at Chester Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in University Circle, about 80 meters tall. It is part of the Circle Square district, next to The Artisan, the area's tallest building.
The design by Solomon Cordwell Buenz was approved in October 2025, and the developer applied for a construction permit in April 2026.
