A 14-floor replacement for SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital at Chouteau Avenue and Grand Boulevard in Midtown St. Louis. It covers about 500,000 square feet with about 200 beds, a larger pediatric ICU and private NICU rooms.
McCarthy leads the design-build team with HKS and The Lawrence Group. The building topped out on April 6, 2026, and is scheduled to be finished in 2027.
