A 30-floor residential tower at 626 Summit Avenue in Journal Square, about 98 meters tall, designed by Minervini Vandermark Melia Kelly for GN Management.
Singh Tower held its grand opening in August 2026, when leasing and sales began. It stands next to the old Bergen Arches rail cut from 1906, which the city has long hoped to turn into open space.
