One of two 45-floor towers of Seattle House in the Denny Triangle, near Amazon's headquarters, each about 142 meters tall. Together they hold 1,131 rental homes. Vancouver developer Concord Pacific built them to a design by GGLO, with JTM Construction as contractor.
Construction began in 2019 but was slowed by the pandemic, a street-use permit dispute and a concrete truck driver strike that paused work for more than a year. The first tenants are due to move in on November 15, 2026.
