One of two towers of Ombelle, a 754-home condominium development at 300 NE 3rd Avenue in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Each tower is about 160 meters tall, designed by ODA.
The project includes more than 100,000 square feet of amenities and the city's first Equinox club. Brooklyn developer Dependable Equities launched sales in 2024 and landed $50 million in early financing in April 2026. Completion is planned for 2028.
