A 46-floor condominium tower at 521 East Las Olas Boulevard, about 165 meters tall, with 163 homes. Its wave-like balconies were designed by the Italian design house Pininfarina, with CFE Architects as architect of record.
Related Group broke ground in May 2025, after securing a construction loan of about $231 million. Beauchamp Construction is the contractor. It is the first high-rise condo on Las Olas Boulevard in nearly two decades and is due in 2027.
