The tallest office tower planned for Manchester Pacific Gateway, a waterfront development on the former Navy Broadway Complex. It would rise 28 floors and about 122 meters, with Art Deco lines inspired by Rockefeller Center and an observation deck on top.
Manchester Financial Group broke ground on Pacific Gateway in 2018, and the Navy's new headquarters there was finished first. The office and hotel towers have stalled since then, and no completion date has been announced.
